Hadimba Temple:
Hidimba Devi Temple, locally known as Dhungari Temple, also known variously as the Hadimba Temple, is located in Manāli, a hill station in the State of Himachal Pradesh. The Hidimba Devi temple was built in 1553 CE by Maharaja Bahadur Singh. The temple is built around a cave where Devi Hidimba performed meditation. Hidimbi was supposed to have lived there with her brother Hidimb, and not much is known about their parents.
Vashisht Temple:
Vashisht Temple, located in Vashisht village near Manali, is famous for sulphurous hot water springs, whose water is believed to have great healing powers. Vashisht Temple is a 4000 years old historic temple dedicated to the great sage Vashisht in a village near Manali. There’s also another ancient stone temple known as Rama Temple adjacent to the Vashisht Temple. Vashisht offers an excellent view of the Beas River and the Old Manali.
Tibetan Monestary
Tibetan monasteries are one of the popular sightseeing places in Manali. There are three important Tibetan monasteries in Manali: the Gadhan Thekchoking Gompa, the Himalayan Nyingamapa Temple, and the other one at Aleo on the left bank of the Beas River.
